All my new lsitings have "Free" or $0.00 in my lisitngs. I have checked and unchecked the shipping box and still no luck. In my listings I put the amount for shipping and it usually works. The other problem I have is Ebay does not include the shipping price at Paypal checkout. If anybody can help, please do so.

Thanks

The problem is I have always had 3 of them checked and have had no problems. I recently unchecked 2 of them and kept the UPS ground and it now states on all my auctions free. Here is an Auction that you can take a look at. Please help.

Auction # 2239387558

Thanks

Hello,

The "FREE" shipping issue appears to be related to the way eBay is now interpreting blank fields. It's not related to unchecking Vendio Shipping options. Until we can implement a patch for this change, we would recommend either checking the "I am not specifying eBay Shipping and Payment Details" option -or- entering a value in the shipping fields.

If you have active listings that launched and are reflecting "FREE" in the shipping/handling details, please revise the listings as you should be able to correct this if there are no bids.

Thank you for your patience while we implement a patch for this problem.

Regards,

Sonya

But they are not blank fields. I am specifying a dollar amount for shipping.

This is absolutely rediculious. I have got no responses in this matter since my first posts. Here is where I am at.

I changed the settings in the Ebay preferneces of My Account. I put in $18.00 for shipping and after 2 uploads it finally changed too $18.00 in EBay. I then changed the auction to $0.00. I then uploaded another auction and it still shows the $18.00 even though in the listing in Sales Manager Pro is shows $7.00. I have tried this 10 times with other auctions and it is still the same.

What is the problem? Does anybody else have these problems? Please let me know what the problem is. I am not going to sigin to My Account and change the shipping amount for each auction!

Hello,

You sound as though you are talking about something completely different from the words 'Free Shipping' showing up in the eBay checkout area of your auctions now.

Both of your currently active listings do not show shipping as being free right now.

As for the preferences, the eBay Site Specifics page is for setting preferences to be applied when you go to create a brand new listing. Making changes here will have no effect on anything already created/saved.

If you go to resubmit an item from a batch, or relist it from your closed section, it will retain all of the original eBay Site Specific information it had on it the first time around. You will need to change the original or click to edit during the relist process to make those changes carry over into your existing items.

Regards,
Christopher
