I am trying to change my Paypal E-mail Payment address. It still shows up as my old email address. I know I can do it if I revise my auction but how do I do it so it stays.
We believe that this is the result of a glitch on eBay's side where the wrong email address is stored in your account in an area unrelated to preferences.
Unfortunately, since the problem is with eBay's system, in order to work around it, you will need to go to eBay and launch a 'test' listing. When you create the listing, you will have the opportunity to change the email address stored in step 4 of the listing process. Once you update this, and launch the listing, your PayPal address should be current. You will only need to launch one listing from eBay's site as long as you update the email address during the launch process.
Unfortunately changing it during the revise process will only change it for that particular listing and not permanently.
