I imported our eBay items last night (we just opened our Vendio account); and only one of our eBay store items imported - we have 63 active listings, but only 50 imported. Can you please help me with this issue?

Thanks so much, Christopher!! Your help is much appreciated!!
So; just to ensure that I don't have any further problems; if I upload further ads from SMPro, everything should now be in Vendio, correct? Sorry for sounding idiotic, but just don't want any problems!!
Also, our customers, whose auctions close today, will be notified through Vendio, correct?
All items that you list directly from Vendio will always track into your Sales Manager automatically, yes.
As far as notices going out on items that you import, this will only happen if they have been setup to do so manually.
If you click on the Active link along the left hand side of the Sales Manager tab, then select the items in question and click the Set WBN button above, you will see if they are setup to have the WBN sent automatically once the auctions close or not.
If not, you can enable the automatic WBN from this page.
Also, place a check beside any items you setup to send the WBN out to automatically and click the Edit WBN button to be sure there is a valid shipping option to choose from when they go through the checkout process.

Hi again!
I've got the WBN set, but have no idea if they're being sent or not, as we don't get a copy of them, and the post-sale key is not marked. Can you tell me, if they are indeed sent automatically, whether or not the key will be marked, or if we will get a copy of the email? If not, then I'd rather just do it manually so that I know FOR SURE that they have been sent.
Also, last night, I went through and marked the keys for all closed auctions that had already been shipped so as to keep our records straight (although it had been done on our prior auction service); it apparently, at least on one auction, sent out at least a "we've received your payment" notification - did it do that to EVERYONE?? If so, we now need to notify all our customers and let them know that we've switched auction management services and apologize for the duplication.

Hi Renee,
I checked your settings and you have the carbon copy option for WBN turned on, so you should be getting copies of the WBNs.
I noticed you have the Payment Received Notification turned on, so it goes out automatically when you check off that you've received payment. You can disable this in My Account > Post Sale Mgt. Options if you don't want this on your listings.

Hi Sonya -
We haven't received a single copy of anything, although I know that some people have received emails (I received notices from people who won and received things before we switched over; I marked everything paid and shipped and heard from them - had to send apologies out!); I'm not sure if the people who won items today got their notices or not - can you assist me?
Additionally, we have decided not to use the Vendio checkout; is there a way that we will know when our customers' 7-day shopping cart time is up so that we can send them a combined invoice?
Your Post Sale has some items in it that do not have step 1 checked off, so the WBN did not go out to them. Since these were imported, the preference you set for auto WBN won't apply. You can manually send the WBN to those customers.
You can send your customers a combined invoice at any time -- even if they are still able to combine the listings themselves. Unfortunately there is no notification of when that time period is up for a customer. There is an easy way for you to check for combinable invoices -- go to Post Sale and click Combinable Items and everything that can be combined within the time period you selected will appear.
