I just read the post about 6.0 going poof - well I am have the same problem with 5.5 (or whatever it is) as I have not yet upload 6.0.
I am try to do a large jewelry lot and want to launch it tonight? Any help?
Also I upload what I had to date and was going to do it in my pendings but there is no HTML support that I can find - am I just missing it.

Hi Ladyjewels2000,
Did you try doing a small batch to see if that works? It might be a memory issue with 5.5 so see if that works. If not, try quitting pro, rebooting your computer and doing it again.
Sales Manager Online does not have the HTML editor. That is unfortunately only available in Pro. You can do HTML in the item description box and see how it looks in the eBay Preview.
