I spend four hours creating a new batch. I still needed to do some work on it. I saved the batch last night. When I went to work on it this morning, the folder was there but no listings. What did I do wrong? I have used this program in the past with no problem.

I named the folder Lot 4. When I open the folder Lot 4, my auctions are not in there. Last night I did a save as "lot 4". Turned the program off. (my computer stays on all night) when I opened the program and the folder, nothing there.
I have these items set to launch on the 7th. I was not done adding pictures to them. I hope they do not launch on that day.

Hi
I am having the same problem as popnrock. The batch names are there, but all the batches are empty. I tried removing and re-adding the program, no help. Created new batches, same thing. The batches are there but they are empty. Also did a complete uninstall, removing alll Vendio and Sales Manager Components. Added the new 6.0 program, same thing. Again created new batches, they are empty. Try with and without auto-save function. Batches are all empty. Also got and error message when I had a batch open, and tried to edit an item. The mesage was, "SMPRO is unable to execute the operation".
I wooudl like to know how to reinstall the 5.5 program.
Thanks

I have tested this batch issue and was not able to replicate it. How exactly are you saving them and approximately how many items do you have in these batches?
popnrock -- if you didn't synchronize it then they won't launch on the 7th, so you don't have to worry about that.
bigjake64 -- we would like to try to work out this problem with you before you are abolutely certain you want to go back to 5.5. You cannot run different versions of Pro on the same computer, and you'd have to convert all batches you were using in 6.0 back to 5.5 in order to use them. We would hate to put you through a lot of work when in the end you will eventually want to upgrade, as new versions of Pro contain features we release online (such as Immediate Payment, to name one).

Hi Sonya
None of the batches contained more than 10 items. I tried saving them using the "Auto-Enable". I also tried with "Auto-Enable" off and using "Save As" after closing each item. I tried several different times, starting new batches, and going back and re-entering all my info, each time it either only saved a few of the items or as in the most recent case, none. There was no change whit any of the Remove and Add of programs either.

Hello popnrock and bigjake64,
If possible, please email one of your saved, but empty, batches to me directly at [email protected], so that engineering can investigate the problem you are encountering.
