It takes longer to open import and open each batch. Man and it said it was suppose to be faster. I am very dissapointed. I use the batch upload daily and it is slower then ever. grrr
The first import of your batch will take longer because it is converting to the new format in 6.0. This process should only occur once though, so if you are having to wait a long time when you open each batch after having already converting it, please let us know how many items you've got in your batches.

I know all about the first batch being converted. I'm talking about the batches after that. I have a 10 mb csv file which has 600 records in there to upload. This is a usual size for each upload. It looks like it takes so much more processing power to process the batches now then before. I do not see any difference in speed except a bit slower then 5.x version. It does however use less system memory to run 6.x version but it take 90% of the cpu to process. I have a gig of memeory and a p4 2.0 cpu.

On any given batch import I import a minimum of 500+ listings. It takes forever to save the .awb file and then have to open each one.
If you have such a large batch, it will definitely take a while to open. We suggest breaking it down into smaller batches, unfortunately there isn't much else we can advise you to do if you do not want to do this. If the time starts increasing on how long it takes to open, please let us know.

Dear azeclixpt,
The problem opening SM Pro if you have a large number of images has been resolved. In order to take advantage of the fix, you can re-download SM Pro from our website (the current version, 6.0.1, contains the fix) and reinstall it over your current 6.0 installation.
