I have tried (3) times to download and install Vendio. After it has finished downloading, there is a program error (it states there is another program using Sales Manager Pro.....close other programs and try again). I have turned off my ZoneAlarm (firewall), closed Outlook, closed Explorer where there is nothing on my computer other than this download. Still, same problem. Your help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Larry,

Try uninstalling any old versions of Pro, and then download the new version of Pro again. If you run into the same error again, please let us know.
