When I downloaded the 6.0.1 sales manager I seem to have lost all my saved batches of listings that were stored in the previous version. What happened? How do I avoid losing this information in the future???
It sounds like you installed the new download into a different directory than your old version of Pro. Locate the old version of Pro on your computer (most likely it's in an AuctionWatch directory) and open up the batches file. You should see all your batches there. Drag those batches to your desktop so you can find them easily. Then go to the directory where you installed your new Pro (should be a Vendio directory), and drag the batches from the desktop to the batches folder in that Pro. Then when you open the new Pro and you go to File > Open you should find the batches there, and you can proceed with converting them to the new version.
