Sorry to start yet another thread, but have searched multiple posts and am still completely confused on how to overcome the issue of auctions being posted with 'free' shipping. I believe I saw some earlier workaround, but as I understand it, although shipping charges show, the sales tax went to zero percent. ???
I am using SM Pro (have updated to version 6). I do not use Vendio checkout or Vendio WBN.
Despite setting specific fixed-rate shipping charges in inventory items, either priority or first class mail, SM Pro still uploads as FREE shipping.
Do I need to change some Vendio and/or ebay settings? I need to be able to set fixed shipping rates, also need to charge 8.25% sales tax to my California customers.

Please make sure that you click on the "Payments Instructions & Details" button in the "eBay Site Information" tab, and enter shipping information for your listings.
You can also set shipping information in the SM Pro profiles (click Edit > Profile Manager in the menu). The Default Profile settings are automatically copied to each new listing.
