Gee I wish you had let us know there was a problem with this as I just wasted about an hour and 1/2 doing an edit on a listing for tonight. Save as and of course now it's all gone.
You really need to work on your customer service!!!
So now I have one edited that I can't get back and 4 that need editing (from before the update) and they aren't there at all.
What should I do now?????

Hello,

We posted threads about the issue, highlighted in blue, to inform everyone that there had been a known problem. The latest version of Pro (version 6.0.2) fixes the problem. You may be able to try the resolutions listed in this thread however there is a good chance the batch entries are gone for good, which means you'd need to recreate them.

Sorry I don't live on this board and I NEEDED HELP LAST NIGHT. I have already redone all the work.
The email you posted in customer service was good but I didn't understand what you were saying. It sounded to me like the new verison included something to help retreive information IF you ever lost it?? I thought Great - I've had that problem before where I lost the information because my computer jammed or something like that. You needed to say something more to the point like "ATTENTION ALL SALES MANAGER PRO USERS - YOU COULD LOSE ALL YOUR INFORMATION IF YOU USE SAVE AS....................." I don't think that was too much to ask - you have all of our email addresses.
Sorry if I sound angry but to be honest I am!!!

I saw I had a message in customer manager or whatever that is. I can't remember if I read it before or after I did the edit. But either way - Vendio made it sound like a "new feature" not the major problem it really was and that's just not OK in my mind.
I just thought "sounds good - I'll check that out later" - You send me my invoice every month without fail to my regular email address - so why not this???

Not all of our customers were affected by this problem. It came up in the forums, so we posted the announcement so that everyone who had written about it would know there was a new download available that should fix the problem. We apologize for any difficulty this has caused you.
