Im not sure if Sales Manager Pro suppose to synch inventory items between desktop computer and vendio server, if it does then what am I doing wrong that Inventory items do not appear when I go to on line Inventory page. If its not synchronizing then I just find it absolutly useless to create inventory on your desktop and then do the same at the web site. Can anyone help ?
There are two places you can list your auctions from, the online Sales Manager and the offline Sales Manager Pro.
Both have their own inventory systems available, so your inventory is stored wherever it is that you list your auctions from.
If you list from Pro, then your inventory is stored within Pro only. If you list from online, then you want to create your inventory from the online system instead.

This is the primary weakness with Vendio. The marketing for Sales Manager Pro leads users to believe that they can import their inventory. Now I'm at a point where all inventory is stored online and I don't have all of the functionality of the offline software to work with it. Additionally, I'm going to be away for a few months, so I'll lose all of my Vendio images and I have no way to import auctions into the offline software so that they'll be saved when I get back. Bottom line, Vendio falls just short of being a great service. This sucks.
