I get error message

this is in the detail box:
Start banner synchronization.

Start announcements synchronization.
Announcements synchronized.

Local and on-line counters are identical.
Comparing local and on-line templates.
Number of successful listing uploads: 0.
Synchronization failed - Bad response from server
I had deleted all the images thinking that was the problem but it wasn't. Can anyone help?
I'm wasting a lot of time tying to list my listing. To time consuming.

Try these steps...
1. If you are not entering the internet from a proxy server specified in your browser, from your toolbar, select "Edit", "Preferences", then "Connection". Make sure that the "connect using proxy" box is unchecked.
2. If your browser is set to access the internet through a proxy server, please make sure that the Proxy Host/Proxy Port settings within your browser match those within SM Pro.
3. Check your image file names, and make sure that they are saved as jpeg images (we highly recommend saving your images as jpegs due to size and compatibility issues.)
4. Try lowering the security level in any anti-virus or firewall software that you may be using. This type of software can interfere with synchronizations if the security level is set at high or medium-high.
5. Check your image file sizes, and make sure that your images do not exceed 40kb apiece. Large images can cause an upload to fail.
6. If you are uploading a large batch, try splitting it up into smaller batches of no more than 10 auctions. If your ISP is experiencing any connectivity problems, a large batch may cause your upload to fail.

Do any other things I might be able to try or
how I can get it to work?

Thought I'd leave more info I deleted all my batches and all my images,
So that could have nothing to do with it right?
the last time I was able to use it is back in Apirl before I ungraded to 6.0 SMpro ever since I'm unable to syn.

AS O F 6:49 PM EST....I JUST GOT THE SAME MESSAGE.. WORKING ON AUCTIONS ALL DAY...SYNCH UPLOADED 2 BATCHES EARLIER NO PROBLEM AND NOW GETTING THAT MESSAGE WHEN TRYING TO SYNCH A BATCH...
OBVIOUSLY NOT US AND IS VENDIO PROBLEM ..DONT WANT TO UNINSTALL PRO FOR NO REASON AND LOOSE ALL THE WORK I JUST DID IN A BATCH OF AUCTIONS THAT HAS NOT SYNCHED YET...LOOK INTO IT PLEASE AND LET US KNOW PROBLEM

An announcement has been posted about this issue in the Announcements forum, and also in individual forums. Engineering is working on correcting this issue as soon as possible.
