At checkout such default wording is displayed to the buyer:
" Please enter your billing address. To prevent order delays, the billing address should match either your credit card statement (for direct credit card payments) or the account information you have on file at your preferred electronic payment provider (PayPal, Yahoo! PayDirect, etc.). Required fields are bold.* "
This has frequently caused confusion to buyers who chose to pay via a check or money order. They simply did not understand why they need to reveal their "billing address". The above wording is uneditable, unfortunately. Can you please make it editable to offer the seller most flexibility?
or even better, allow buyer who pays via ck/mo to skip 'billing address'.
