I'm very new to vendio and am unhappy with the help/training information (wishing there was a search feature within it). Usually I have no problem finding/fixing my own questions, but have been unable to do so with this program. Therefore, you will probably see several questions from me, unless you can guide me as so the best way to get educated on your software, WITHOUT having to pay again.
I've been able to figure most of it out on my own through trial and error...but there are a couple things that I've been able to find no documentation on. *sigh*
So, the FIRST question to this posting is: I'm looking to get educated on the Sales Manager Pro software (without having to pay again). The SECOND question is: several of my customers have been confused when it comes to the payment process. My auctions were to be paid by PayPal only and I was told there were no PayPal buttons to help facilitate this. I feel like I'm in the blind as I don't know what goes to the customer after completion of the eBay auction, and don't know how to find this out. The THIRD question is ... I would like to add the option of paying by Money Order to my auctions and have been unable to find out how to change this. Hello,

Did you look at the FAQs and the Getting Started Guides, or just the FAQ? The Getting Started guides are a better resource if you are just beginning on Vendio. Either way, feel free to post or email any questions you have -- we are more than happy to help you get set up and running.

Regarding your Pro question -- the Pro 'how to use' guide is a good educational tool if you are new to Sales Manager Pro. Please click here to view the guide.

Regarding your PayPal payment question -- I reviewed your settings and noticed a couple things. One is that you are using Vendio Checkout, but you don't have a shipping price specified for the shipment method you have selected for your auctions. I'm not sure if you meant to do this but it was something I noticed. You have your PayPal email address stored properly so when a customer completes checkout and they choose PayPal as their method of payment, they will get a link at the end of checkout that takes them to a payment form on PayPal with the auction information. They must click on this link in order to complete the payment -- simple completion of the Vendio Checkout does not process an actual payment.

Regarding your money order inquiry -- I noticed you have it chosen as a payment option already, in global preferences. New auctions you do will have money order as an option. Did you recently select this option?
