I could you please look an see why I can not up load my auctions to ebay. This is the message that I get when I try to.
Synchronization failed - General server error
There is a problem with starting the sync process.
Please make sure that the values entered for Proxy Host and Port under the SMPro menu entry Edit > Preferences are correct.
If proxy settings are correct, please check the Announcements page on the Vendio site.
I am connected just fine to the internet and my provider. I have turned off my firewall and still it doesn't work.
Did you recently change anything such as your ISP, or how you connect to the internet? Is this a new version of Pro you are running, or have you had it for a while? Please go to the Preferences icon in Pro and make sure the option for Proxy is not checked. They try your synch again -- if it fails, let us know if its the same error or a different one.
