Since I can't get anyone at Vendio to respond to an email, let's try this.
Every single time I launch auctions through SMP, there are always some that end up in the Sales Manager pending section that have errors. The error is "did not receive verification from ebay". This seems to be just a recent problem. I haven't upgraded to new SMP `version yet. Could that be the reason?
Thank you. Oh, if the folks at Vendio don't feel like responding, just go ahead and cancel my three user ids.
We are within less than 24 hours turnaround for email, so if you have not heard back within that time period, please resubmit as we did not receive your help request.
Check your Customer Manager tab from the account you used to write in for support, as this is where your reply would have been sent.
The number of items that Vendio shows active on eBay matches that of your actual sellers list, so there doesnt appear to be any items that actually launched but were sent back with this error.
Unfortunately we have received no other reports of such an error and will need to test this further with your specific auctions and account.
If you simply click to resubmit these items, will they then go active without error, or will some return again to pending with this error message?

I have had them error exactly the same, just never bothered to report them, because I figured someone else would.
I just manually resubmitted them, but I have had a few from every batch end up in pending over the last few months.
Not a serious glitch but if someone left on holidays and had a Holy Grail listed and it errored, they would be PO'd I am sure.

geppeta - Try re submitting this auction. It may have been that the Vendio and/or eBay server had trouble communicating during the first attempt to submit.
Best Regards,
