I have had my Sales Manager Pro set up the same way for quite a long time and have not modified any of my settings.
My recent 2 batches of items ended and I noticed the "request invoice" button on the eBay auction page which as far as I know I never had before.
The problem is that nearly all of my winners have clicked this button and at least 80% of the winners did not use the Vendio checkout at all.
What changed? Where is the setting to turn off that stupid "request invoice" button on eBay and why all the sudden hardly anyone is using the checkout?
I am nearly positive I didn't change any settings. I don't know what I am looking for though. Is this a setting on eBay or Vendio?
After the second batch I listed I now realize that this is how all my new listings are working. I really need to get it fixed before I list anymore. Completing the checkout manually for over 100 people is no fun at all.
That would be an eBay feature -- you should be able to change it in your eBay preferences.
You can also turn on Checkout Redirect in My Account > Post Sale Mgt. Options, which will direct people who try to pay via ebay through your Vendio Checkout.
