Yes you do provide a link but do you know I'm still waiting two days for any reply?
I'm trying like crazy to get support. I'm still in trial but unless I get some support and better options I'm not staying.
I think it sucks when you want to charge people more money to get chat or phone support. Aren't your fees high enough? If someone subscribes to a suite of your services you would think that good support would be included.

Hello Tamstrees,
I located one email from you -- it was sent an hour before you posted in here. Our response time is 24 hours or less; you will be receiving a response from me shortly.
Regards,
Sonya

I can't reply to you but will hear. thank you for your prompt response to both my post.
I did put information to call me but let's face it, this could get extreme and we're not open when many of our customers are checking out.
Authorizenet doesn't offer link code that passes through, YOU guys need to set up your scripts to pass that information through to the gateway and in turn it will release a confiramtion/approval code. This is very doable on your end and not a major deal.
As it sits right now I feel like I'm being forced into an UPSELL to a merchant account you're partner with. At least provide a gateway to the major companies- authorizenet, card services, etc. Anyone who has a merchant account can turn it on to authorizenet.
THEN Vendio will have a great site for business owners who are looking for a total solution.
I'm not sure I can wait you guys to do this but I wish you luck. If there is a way to do this and AT LEAST collect the data so that it can be manually punched in then you have a customer who will gladly subscribe to all of your services.
On that shipping problem... my global IS set to caluculated but it's not pulling in the weight and adding shipping.

Hello there,
tamstrees - we are not currently set up to integrate with Authorize.net, but I will pass along your request. Unfortunately, I couldn't tell you when this would be made available. If you have a secure webform located elsewhere, you could put a link to your own form in checkout as a workaround (I know this is not optimal, but it might help. )
bestitems2004 - if you want to cancel your account, please click the Help link in the upper righthand side of the page, then Contact Us - choose "Account Cancellation" from the drop down menu to email your cancellation request.
