I am at the pending status but am not able to get my auction to launch for some reason. In the scheduled field it shows "error". Not sure why.
Can someone tell me how to get my auction launched from this point?
I get a "successful" launch message but a no active listings at the top.
The error you are receiving indicates that you may need to update the credit card information stored on eBay. Please log on to your eBay account, and click the "Sell" tab. Proceed to launch a test listing, and you will find that most likely eBay has placed a block on your account. Once you have cleared the account with eBay, you should be able to launch your items from Vendio. If you are able to launch a listing on eBay directly but continue to receive the error on Vendio, please let us know.
