It's been a while since I've used this service. Had 5.5 installed. Downloaded most recent version of SMP, saved to disk and clicked to install software. It goes to unpacking then nothing happens.
I uninstalled 5.5 version to see if this had any effect but same thing occurs.
For this error, first please check to make sure that the file you managed to download initially is definitely incomplete. The size of the Vendio-SMPro.exe file should be 9.76 megabytes. If the file you downloaded does not match that size, please delete the existing Vendio-SMPro.exe and download again.
Before you download again, please clear your browser cache. The incomplete file from the first failed attempt might be stored there and get in the way of a proper download now - thus causing a failed installation. You should also make sure that no download manager or other background task is running in the background.
Be sure to choose to "save" when downloading, and please check again the file size when it finishes. If the size is correct, please try the installation again using the saved file. Also, be sure to save the downloaded files into their own folder, rather than just saving them on your desktop.

Thanks for the reply. I verified that the downloaded file was 9.78 in size. Cleared cache, deleted previous download. Downloaded again to it own separate folder (same as previous attempt). Ran the program but still no install. ctl alt del shows it running but it will run for hours and not install.
I tried disabling my anti-virus and running install but same occurs.
How far do you actually get with the install, and how much RAM do you have on your computer? If you have any other programs open, please make sure you quit out of them prior to starting this install as it's possible a program you didn't know you were running is interfering with the install of Pro.
