I've read the entire Vendio website. I've watched the tutorials. I've scanned 'til I can scan no more. There appears to be no instruction on how to upload custom templates designed online in the vendio software. How is this done? Please help.
Unfortunately you cannot upload custom third party templates at this time. Are you doing your listings through Sales Manager or Sales Manager Pro? There is a workaround but it is different for each service, so I'd need to know what you use primarily.
I am using the Sales Manager Pro 6.0 software. I have never used this software before. I thought I'd test it to see if it is beneficial in my endeavor. I am computer literate to a nominal degree so I wouldn't have considered this a difficult task as it has turned out to be. It would be greatly appreciated if you could help.

Hello Bill,
Are you saying that you created a custom template online using our Template Workshop and that you are not able to see this template in SM Pro? If so, this is because you have to synchronize Pro to download the template. Try synching then restarting the application, and if you still can't see your template, please let us know.
If you are trying to upload a custom template that you've designed yourself, please let us know.
