Absolutely the worst thing about Vendio is the lack of customer service.
I am trying to upload a batch from Excel as I have done hundreds, no thousands of times before. The dialogue box does not load properly or something! There are no references to my Excel spreadsheet only four dropdown options and absolutely no cross reference options to Vendio. The blue tabs immediately spring back if I try to move them.
I have 60 listings ready to go--photos have been uploaded but I am not about to do them one at a time and give Vendio the $$ for all of this work and time wasted.
Did you write us an email, and not yet receive a response? We apologize for any inconvenience you are experiencing at this time. Regarding uploading a batch, I assume you are referring to batch importing. Please send us a copy of your file -- you can send it to [email protected] -- we will take a look at it and try doing the import ourselves, to see if we can replicate the problem.
