Help - I'm getting ready to launch my batch but it says synchronizing failed. How can I fix this? I'd like to take advantage of eBays 1/2 price listing today.

I am having a similar problem, so I uninstalled Sales Manager Pro and reinstalled it and am still having a problem. It appears to synch, and did actually synch my images; but when I go to preview an auction I get a plain white screen that reads "Template not available !
Template has been deleted or you have not yet synchronized this SMPro version". I have synched repeatedly and still nothing, so am having to create auctions in Sales Manager for now.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Please check and see if that template is available in your Template Preferences area in My Account (online). If not, and you deleted it, select a different default and then save. Then go to Pro, synchronize, then restart the program. Let us know if the problem continues, as well as the name of that template.

Just curious, Richard, but did you try changing the template? If that works try switching back to the one you prefer - it might clear the glitch if there is one.
