even before I have a chance to review your service, I am already having trouble intalling your software, and when finally got over the installation problem, the program hangs when trying to synch at checking graphics.
Can anyone tell me more about this vendio service? Do you find it reliable? The way it goes, I am very skeptic about this service.

Hi there,
Sorry for the troubles. I will leave the other questions up to the users. But I might be able to help with the synch error.
If you are receiving a synchronization error on upload, please check the following:
1. Before you synch, please verify that you are connected to the internet and that your connection has not timed out.
2. If you are not entering the internet from a proxy server specified in your browser, from your toolbar, select "Edit", "Preferences", then "Connection". Make sure that the "connect using proxy" box is unchecked.
3. If your browser is set to access the internet through a proxy server, please make sure that the Proxy Host/Proxy Port settings within your browser match those within SM Pro.
4. Check your image file names, and make sure that they are saved as jpeg images (we highly recommend saving your images as jpegs due to size and compatibility issues.)
5. Try lowering the security level in any anti-virus or firewall software that you may be using. This type of software can interfere with synchronizations if the security level is set at high or medium-high.
6. Check your image file sizes, and make sure that your images do not exceed 40kb apiece. Large images can cause an upload to fail.
7. If you are uploading a large batch, try splitting it up into smaller batches of no more than 10 auctions. If your ISP is experiencing any connectivity problems, a large batch may cause your upload to fail.

Yes, my internet connection is fine. No proxy using. I am on cable. I have not even created any listings, so I do not have any images to upload.
Everytime I restart Sales Manager, Synch update pops up. Then, I press ok. It gets stuck where it says checking graphics...

It seems that as your previous reply on my other thread, if I delete everything on data folder except folder.dat, it asks me my login information and goes on fine.
Do I have to do this everytime I run this program?

Regarding your other question -- "do you find it reliable" -- I've been a user for roughly 6 months. I find the service very reliable, the customer support usually very good and sometimes exceptional, and the value-for-money equation very positive in Vendio's favor.
I'm a frequent critic of Vendio's failings. However, it is actually because they do so much to help my business run that I pipe up with issues that I think they can do better (Shipping calculators, PLEASE!!!).
If you list in volume and use lots of photos, Vendio will absolutely be worth the effort in getting started. Our business view is that Vendio is free (i.e., we save more on photo insertion fees than we pay in Vendio fees). I probably shouldn't say this in a public forum, but I'd be willing to pay more per month (to hire more developers so that we could finally get shipping calculators ).
