Hi there,
I have been trying to send feedback reminders from Sales Manager Pro. When I click the 'send now' button nothing happens or I get the error 'page cannot be displayed' from the isp. What's the problem? I have tried on two different computers.

Hello Kirsten,

Are you able to log on to Sales Manager and send the feedback reminders from there? It sounds like you might not be connected to the internet, as all post-sale activities are done through Sales Manager online.
