MANY problems with Vendio!!!
Summary:
1. First time my listings were ONLY in my new store front, whereas I wanted them listed as auctions AND in my store;
2. Upon submitting using Sales Manager Pro, it only submitted 50 and the rest were pending. And many simply said error;
3. I received a popup message that I needed to setup a payment method. This is strange as I had already provided my credit card to Vendio and had an established Ebay account.
4. After doing what I was instructed to do, I ended up with some double-listings - and both Vendio and Ebay will be charging me for these double listings.
I am VERY FRUSTRATED with the very poor level of customer service and EVEN MORE FRUSTRATED with the VERY crappy Vendio program and framework.
First, Vendio requires far too many little stupid steps to setup the process; each of which require 'signing up' for additional paid services.
For instance, setting up an account requires paying separately for image hosting, Sales Manager Merchandising Edition as well as Vendio Gallery.
When I started using the service I thought I was ready to post my auctions...but was met with notices that I had to pay for more services to continue.
All in all, I am about 85% dissatisfied with the program, packaging, lack of support, and 99% frustrated and dissatisfied with the structure.
Now how the heck do I undo what Vendio has done? What a mess!
And to think I am to PAY for this MAJOR HEADACHE!!!
I wish I had simply used my own templates and submitted my auctions without the 'help' of Vendio!
Can You guys at Vendio undo my auctions, undo my purchase and release me from this nightmare, PLEASE?

1. You have a number of items as auctions and as eBay store items. Auctions appear in your ebay store alongside your other eBay Stores items.
2. I don't see any errors in online pending. If these were Pro errors, do you remember what they said?
3. You are signed up for a number of plans, if Pro gave you a pop up it was likely due to not having signed up for Sales Manager or Image Hosting.
4. If you have duplicates, cancel them on eBay right away. eBay usually refunds for duplicates but I cannot speak on behalf of them. To apply for a refund for duplicates in Vendio, please use this URL:

There are far too many duplicates and it would take me too long with this system to apply for a 10 cent refund one at a time!
Why don't you have an easier system that is on the actual statement page instead?
This is what the refund page looks like:
"Please enter the Ref ID for the item you wish to refund. The Ref ID can be found in the left hand column of your statement. Ref ID Number:_______"
That would involve submitting the form many, many times.
How do I cancel everything? This is far too annoying!
Please go to the Help section and click on Contact Us. You may send an email requesting a bulk refund for the number of duplicated listings, as well as request for cancellation.

Thank you for your help. I hope I am not charged by Vendio, as this experience has been very hard for me to cope with. Ebay is charging me over $70. in fees for these duplicate and triplicate listings.
Having Crohn's Disease, I really suffer when bad things like this happen.
