WHY IS IT WHEN I GO TO UPLOAD MY BATCH MY VENDIO SALES MANAGER STARTS DOWNLOADING PICTURES THAT HAVE ALREADY BE DOWNLOADED! IT WOULD SEEM I AM BEING CHARGED OVER AND OVER FOR IMAGES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN DOWNLOADED FROM MY FILES AND UPLOADED TO YOU HOSTING. PLEASE ADVISE!

Hello,
You are not charged for images being downloaded into the Pro software. If it downloads the same images you already have in Pro, is it giving them different filenames?
Your online account doesnt show duplicate images, either with the same or close names.
If you are referring simply to Pro wanting to download images you have in your account in general, but no longer need in pro, you can opt out of its doing this via the Preferences button on the left side of the page.
