I realize this is a really, really stupid question. Does Vendio charge when you create the auction, even though you have no scheduled launch, or when it is actually uploaded to Ebay, or other sites?
In other words, if you created an auction and it just languished there in your pending list, would you be charged?
I guess I could do some serious investigating of my billing and find out, huh?

Hello,
The listing fee gets assessed and will show on your bill shortly after it launches. You don't get billed until your actual billing cycle date, however.
This can be found under My Account -> Online Statements. Statements are paginated, and you can find subsequent pages on the bottom of the statement. If you want to view prior months, please click the corresponding date under Billing History. Note that we retain 24 months worth of statements for your records, and that you can download your statements into a .csv file.

Sonya,
So there is no charge ($0.10 or $0.20 for the power plans) if you upload a batch, find an error, delete the as-yet-unlaunched auction, and re-upload?
Not that we do that all the time, but sometimes we don't "see" an error until an auction is pending. I always thought that I was paying $0.10 to try it again... not that a dime is a huge problem, but, well, you know.

Hello,
You only get charged a listing fee when the item is actually listed. You don't get charged for uploading, scheduling, cancelling scheduled items, etc...only when an item actually goes to auction are you charged.
