When I try to do a NEW LISTING in SMPro, I get an error message with the above title in the information box:
SMPro does not have a record of your eBay ID stored within preferences. To launch this auction, you will need to store this ID.
To download ID's stored at Vendio's My Account into SMPro, select the AutoSync icon.
To store this ID within Vendio's My Account, select the Continue button.
I've done all this and everything still works fine, I can upload listings, etc. However, I still receive the annoying error message everytime I go into creat NEW LISTINGS. Is there any way to get rid of this message permanently?

Hello,
It looks like you have your information stored correctly in your Vendio account. Please quit Pro, restart, and synchronize. If you continue to get errors, let us know.

Yes, I've done that numerous times and I still get the message. Actually, I started receiving the message about a month ago, but finally had the time to report it. I think it started about the same time the new image hosting fees went into effect.

Hello,
Please try uninstalling/reinstalling Pro and then creating a new listing. It is odd you should get it on creating a listing if you aren't having this error on uploading. Do you have additional accounts with us?

No, I don't have additional accounts. I'll try uninstalling/reinstalling shortly. I'm currently working on about 30 listings and don't want to stop quite yet. I'll let you know, thanks!
