I'm trying to do my first eBay listing in SMPro. No problem except that it keeps telling me that I have to do a shipping option. Under "Shipping Options" I have chosen "Buyer Pays Shipping" (and under that, USA only). That's the only shipping stuff I can find on the eBay pane. What am I missing?

Please let us know the exact error you are getting. It sounds like you might be trying to set the auto WBN but not put any shipping options for it -- please let us know so we can be of better assistance to you.

Sonya - I just downloaded Smpro on the new computer and get the same error. One of the shipping fields on the first page at the lower right isn't clicked. Once I click that and fill the field with first class or whatever the error goes away.

This is correct. The reason the error says "selet at least one option" is because no option has been selected. "Buyer pays shipping" means that the buyer will choose from your options how he/she will pay for the shipping. Once you have given them an option "UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc." the error will go away.
