Hi, I am trying to change a buyers email address online in sales manager so that I can send them the winning bidder notice to there new email address, but everytime I try it tells me "Cannot submit unless all fields regarding the new winner are properly filled out" the probelm is that I am not trying to change the winning bidder, just the email address of the present winning bidder. I went back and tried it 10 times with no luck. Please help ASAP, as this buyer is really becoming impatient. Thank you!
When you clicked the edit link next to the current buyer on the post sale page, are you just using the field on the following page that appears at the very bottom, where you just enter the new address?
If so, let us know the item number and the email address you want to change it to (we'll remove it once posted so nobody else can see) - and we will test this further with you.
