Hi, I have been fighting this problem for over a week now. When I am creating a listing, just where do I enter the shipping charge that will show up on ebay in the "shipping amount" place on the top of the auction. I have set my preferences on Vendio to ship UPS and charge a flat rate of $8.95. This is showing up in SMP on my first tab under "Winning bidder notification". Is this just for use with the Vendio checkout? I send all my invoices personally to my customers from ebay and I am having to enter in the shipping on every invoice. Now here's the problem that I have been having for the last week. When I send the invoice and the buyer receives it with the shipping added in, then when they click on the paypal button to pay the shipping charge is drop and the pp payment comes thru with just the item cost. I have talked to paypal and they said it's not on their end, ebay has said the same thing so I am assuming it has to do with the shipping amount not showing up in my listings when I create them. Where do I enter the shipping so it shows up? Thanks
If you go to the 2nd tab, which is the eBay Site Information tab, you should see a Payment Details and Instructions button. Click on that button -- you can add in your eBay checkout shipping amount there (provided you have it enabled online -- if you don't you will need to enable it there and then synch Pro, then follow the steps above).
