my imaging limit increased and an additional 15.00 (prorated) was posted in january billing.....shouldn't there also be a credit? as when the new imaging monthly is added and the credit given i will still have not rcv'd credit for the prorated...and there should be a link to billing dept on the statement page....

Hello,
You can contact the billing department regarding your image hosting credits through the Contact Us form, which is located on the Help page. Credits you are to receive will appear toward the end of your statement, usually right before the list of plans you are going to be billed for for the next month going forward.
