I recently installed a new Security Suite and I'm having problems uploading a batch from SMPro. Funny thing is it uploaded two days ago as I synchronized prior to preparing the batch!
I've already disabled every function in my security suite, rebooted, and I still can't upload! Any ideas?

Hello Peggy,
Unfortunately something in your security suite is still blocking Pro from being able to access the internet. Rather than trying to track down all functions of the program to disable or remove it, try going into this new program and see if you can assign permissions to certain programs. All programs of this nature have these options, you just need to add Sales Manager Pro to the list of programs allowed.
