When eBay has a promotion I generally send items from my store to auctions using the very convenient button in My Ebay that automatically sends the item to auction. However, once I do this - the auctions don't show up in Vendio. Is there any way to get them back into Vendio?

Hi Gail,
There is an Import feature in Sales Manager that you can use to import items listed directly on eBay to your Vendio account. The Import/Track option is a sub-option under Sales Manager.
You can avoid having to do this by listing to auction in Vendio -- it is pretty simple to do this. However if you choose to stick with the original way of doing things, Import is the way to go.

Thanks, Sonya. If I was to launch it to auction through Vendio do I need to first close the auction and then relist it?
