I finally, with the help of a lot of very nice poeple, got my new computer up and running AND got Vendio to work on it! But can't figure out how to access my default profile. Every time I list something, I have to go to regional settings and make a change. Never had to in past and don't know where to look to correct. Many thanks, Ruthie

Hello,

The reason you have to keep changing your settings is because the current version of Pro does not yet support the new shipping options we released late last year. You have USPS First Class as a default option online -- until the new version of Pro comes out, you'll have to keep doing what you've been doing, unless you change your online default to something else that is available in the current version of Pro.

The Profiles section is located in Edit > Profile Manager. You can edit your default there.

I know this is an inconvenience, but the new version of Pro will contain all the shipping options online so you won't have to keep re-selecting your region each time you are working in Pro.
