Haven't the listing fees been reduced back to 25 cents in most categories?? How come everything I'm listing shows 35 cents still?? Please fill me in. Thanks

Hello,

eBay changed the first tier (0 to 99 cents) from 30 cents per listing, to 25 cents per listing. You may want to check eBay announcements for more detail on this change.
