How do i list a fixed price item with immediate payment required option when uploading through sales manager pro?

what about multiple shipping discount option?

Hello,

These are options that need to be set online -- when you synchronize Pro, they will apply to your items (the immediate payment option will download as an actual default).

If you go to My Account > Global Preferences you can set both of these options.
