Please have the item no. and description sent with payment reminder so the person knows and you know when you answer them. I have to look up from the email search everytime. You would be a step up on ebay too as they don't give you the item's description when buyer is asking a question on the item your selling. Thank you.
Thank you for the suggestions. Note that you can also edit your default Payment Reminder text using the available Macro's to include the item number or item title in the subject line of the reminder as well. You could also edit the subject as needed using the Macros to provide most of the auction details.
Unfortunately the complete description field isnt one of the currently available Macros to use, but most all other listing data is available for display.

Christopher, thank you, I forgot about the ability to change preferences there and about Macro's, as always vendio is up and ahead of their competition.
