I was changed my eBay password. Is there anywhere that I need to enter the eBay password in Vendio or Sales Manager Pro in order for those services to work properly? If there is I can't find it.
If you changed your eBay password, you will need to get a new authorization token. To update your eBay site ID (and obtain an authorization "token", go to My Account -> Auction Site Accounts. Click the 'edit' link under the Action column next to the eBay ID. Enter the updated information, click the "Go to eBay Signin" button and follow the steps. After your ID information is updated, you should be able to launch without error.
