I have SMPro installed for two differnt eBay IDs. Suddenly, they seem to be sharing files. For exmaple, both have a folder "cast iron", If I edit an item in the folder for one ID, it apllies the changes to the item in both. It has just started to do this. Since they are in different directories, this shouldn't happen.

One is:

C:\Program Files\VendioT4\batches

The other is:

C:\Program Files\Vendio\SC\batches

I even tried renaming the folder in one so they would be the same and it renamed the folder in both.

What has happened?

Hello,

Did you download the new version of Pro? If you did this and didn't direct them to the folders of choice it can start taking over both copies. If this was the case you may need to uninstall both, then reinstall one at a time (but before doing the second, give everything about the first one a different name so your second install doesn't connect to the first).

Sonya: I haven't downloaded the new version. Didn't want ot that until this mess is straightned out.
