I downloaded the new 6.1 put new images in the images folder within the program, as I used to do, but now they do not upload to vendio, How do I sync to get the images uploaded?

Hello,

What happens when you try to upload, do you get a synchronization error? Please click on details and let us know what the error messages say. If you aren't uploading, are you trying to drag and drop images to the image bar or to the Select Images section?

Regards,

Sonya

What I discovered is that when I downloaded the new version I now have 2 folders for images one that says "old_images_folder_pre_6.1" that had all the images in it and one that is just "images" When I put the images in either folder it fails to upload that image when synced as before.

Hello,

Click on the Preferences button along the left hand side of the window and check what you have set for the 'Image Synchronization'.

You may need to uncheck the box marked not to upload unless required in a batch.

Christopher

The box is not checked. It has the same settings it always had and it worked fine until you new version. I can get them to upload by going to File, add images and then selecting images. This is more work than before. I used to just save all the images directly in the images folder and they would automatically upload when synced. Now that will not work. Why is it the new and improved changes seem to be a step backwards?

Hi there,

You are correct - the application now requires that you import images by using File -> Add Images or the Add Images button rather than saving the images to the folder directly. Please accept our apologies for the misunderstanding. I realize it's an extra step for you, but this was necessary to allow the ability to sync images to folders online.

Thanks,

Diana

It was easier and quicker before your changes. So far I do not see an upside to the new version!
