I have 2 account of pro on my computer , i dounload 6.1 , and the 2 accounts are the same , how do i change my ID on one of them so the 2 will be different ??? when i do it now the 2 change not only one , please help , thx , jack.

Hello Jack,
Hmm, so you have installed SM Pro twice on your computer. Are you trying to manage two different Vendio Accounts?
If not, uninstall one or just ignore it.
If you do want to manage two Vendio accounts with two Pro's, try closing one down, changing your info in the other and doing a sync while only that one is open. If you have two Vendio usernames and accounts it should not synch to an SM Pro that has different username and password.
If this doesnt answer your question, please provice more specifics about what exactly you are trying to do.

Hi,
I have two accounts and I downloaded them separately (one in my C drive and another in D drive). I uploaded one of them and then went to upload another acocunt but then found I can not open SMPro. From the screen it showed: Run-time error '-2147221231(80040111)': Automation error ClassFactory can not supply requested class.
I list every day and now I can not use this SMPro, please help!! Thanks.
Is one of them a different version than the other? It looks like you tried to auto-update a Pro that was a previous version after installing the new one for the other -- this will produce errors as you cannot have two different versions run at the same time. Please uninstall both, then install 6.1 for both but make sure you rename them before you synchronize them. Please let us know if this doesn't help, or if you get new errors.
