All sellers out there,

You are not alone, as far as in Singapore I faced the same problems with the so called " New & better version 6.1 ". It's a piece of pre-April fool joke !! I have tried a total of 4 times listing some 200 items which I promised my customers and now they are all waiting like a nut. It's just don't syncronize with eBay, and we hear nothing from the guy who bill us !

Hello singapore007,

If your running into trouble with the Pro software, let us know what happens exactly so we might offer some assistance.

Please include any error messages or details about the problem your running into such as when it began, was it specifically after you upgraded to the 6.1/etc.

Mr. Christopher,

After I upgraded to Pro 6.1, all the batches I up-loaded cannot synchronize with eBay, although the pro 6.1 panel shows all the listing is synchronized, but nothing is listed in eBay !There are NO error messages or anything else. It looks like normal when I click upload and it " synchronize " like normally but actually all the listing are NOT LISTED IN EBAY, THERE ARE NO SYNCHRONIZATION WITH EBAY !!!

Please do something to help, and please do it fast ! Thanks for your kind understanding.

Hello singapore007,

I've looked over some of your errored items in pending section, and as far as I could see there's an error with the ZIP code you provided in the listing.
Please note that this has nothing to do with SMPro, and this is a change required by eBay: if you want your item to be present in proximity searches, you must provide a valid ZIP code (all you have to do is provide this code, no other checkbox is necessary - as it used to be).

Please correct the above error. Sorry for the inconvenience.
