I sent a checkout for an item last night at 11:30 and another one just went out again at 10:30. Is there a glitz in the system>

Hi there,

Can you tell us which item was involved? For this item, was step 1 unchecked at any time and then rechecked? Also, how do you know that two WBNs were sent - did you receive two copies?
