Six of my eBay "Good 'Til Cancelled" store items moved to Closed Listings in Sales Manager last night. How can I get them back up with Active Listings again? I tried the Import/Track function to no avail. I don't know what else to try.
If you have the items in closed you can select them and click on the Refresh button at the upper right corner of the page. If this doesn't help please let us know what the item numbers are so we can look into it further.

Thank you so much. That worked! I had refreshed many times, but it never occurred to me to check those items prior to refreshing.
