Whenever I try to launch a batch to get listed on eBay an Error comes up stating that my Zip Code is invalid...I checked my personal info with eBay and it is the correct Zip Code so I don't know whats going on...if this isn't coorected soon I can no longer subscribe to Vendio...PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The error you are reporting is resulting from invalid data in the zip code field. eBay has made a change in their interface which causes items with erroneous zip codes to fail at launch. You should be able to resolve this by either changing the zip code to a valid US zip code (note that if you do this your item will be included in distance-based searches), or eliminating the zip code altogether and leaving the field blank.
The zip code can be set as a default under My Account -> Site Specifics -> eBay, and this default information can be changed as you create your listing. To determine if your listing will launch without error, please use the eBay Preview button at the bottom of the create listing page.
