Well, I emailed this question but have not heard back, so I thought I would post it too.

When launching from my desktop SMPro, I get this notice on every auction:

Error 10019: You specified inconsistent Shipping parameters.
You specified inconsistent Shipping parameters: <ShippingService[Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service(1)]>, <ShippingServiceCost[NULL]> and <ShippingType>=FLAT_RATE

I have to go in and physically change the shipping. I left one in my pending file that has the error so you can see it.

I use SMPro because it is faster to list hundreds of auctions. I don't really want to use your online listing form.

How do I fix this?

Hello Beth,

Please make sure the eBay checkout information is accurate. With SM Pro, you can edit it in the Payment Instructions & Details pop-up on the eBay Site Information tab. You should especially make sure that it is complete in the Default Profile (click Edit > Profile Manager in the SM Pro menu), and double check all batches that were created before, but failed to launch.

Thanks,

-Radu

THERE IS NO:
Payment Instructions & Details pop-up on the eBay Site Information tab.

There is a shipping options area on the eBay Site Information tap and that says:

Shipping options are obsolete. BUT THERE IS NO Pop-up or anything in that area to allow you to change it.

This is also in the default profile, and there is no way to change it there either.

My options in the other areas online are correct.

EDITED to say: I looked at your screenshots for SMPro 6.1 and I have no pull down window on my Profile page in pro. I just re-downloaded 6.1 wondering if that would help and it does not.

Hello,

It is actually a button on the eBay Site Information tab. It is in the middle, toward the bottom, located right above where you select your counter. If you click on it, then the pop up will appear.

Sonya

I am having the same problem. No matter what I do I get the error message. I have followed your instructions to the people above but with no luck. This update has been the worst nightmare. It has cost me hours of time. I am really thinking seriously of looking for another software.

Hello neatpieces,

I checked your account and you currently have nothing in pending. If you are getting this error, please save at least one of them in your account and notify us it is there so we can take a look and see what is causing the problem.

Regards,

Sonya

Okay. I created a listing and it is in the pending area. In SMPro I tell it I want to use calculated postage and I enter the weight. In my ebay preference in Vendio I have already told it I want calculated postage. When I upload the listing it sets it as fixed. Then I get an error message and have to manually correct all of my listings. See what you can do.

Hello Neatpieces,

SM Pro listings use the eBay checkout information entered in the Payment Instructions & Details pop-up on the eBay Site Information tab in SM Pro itself. With the current version, only eBay checkout with fixed shipping is available. Please make sure that this information is complete, especially in the SM Pro Default Profile, as new listings copy by default the profile values.

The eBay checkout preferences, as set in the Vendio My Account pages, do not apply automatically to listings created with SM Pro.

Thanks,

-Radu

Then this new feature is more hurt than help. You have made life incredibly more difficult! If you don't update SMPro SOON you will be losing me as a customer.
