Hi I am starting to use Sales Manager PRo to speed things up - I have been using the online version and have a saved "inventory template" which I use over and over again which has a sizing chart etc built in. I can't seem to get that to appear or load in Sales Manager PRo. Can anyone help is that possible to do? If not it makes using this offline version not worthwhile timewise?
Online and offline inventory do not synchronize so unfortunately you won't be able to download the inventory template online by synchronizing. You can use Pro inventory for this purpose though, and just launch from Pro inventory to a batch. To do this you create an inventory item in Pro that contains the information from your online inventory profile, and drag and drop from Pro inventory to a Pro batch to launch from Pro inventory.
