The Sales Manager Inventory Edition was not setup to support Yahoo auctions. Additionally, it really wasnt meant for uploading listings from the Pro software either.
If your just transitioning from Pro to the SMIE tool thats ok, but there are some quirks to using them at the same time that if you wanted to always list from Pro (as well as list Yahoo auctions) - we should really switch you back over to the regular Merchandising Edition. The Merchandising Edition was setup specifically to work with Pro on an ongoing basis, and supports listing to Yahoo auctions.

ok, so i switched over to merchandise edition and am getting the exact same error.
I even tried creating new listings from scratch within merchandising edition, but same error
Yahoo is supported. I checked the errors online, and Yahoo is returning an error asking for you to verify your billing address. You can do this in Yahoo (try to start an auction on Yahoo, it will prompt you to verify the address). Once you do this you should be able to resubmit the items that errored.
